You may have received an important message that you can only respond or resolve later. Save such messages so you can reference them later in one place.

Save a message for later

Mobile

• Long press the message you want to save.
• Tap Later. The message will be saved for later.

Desktop

• Right-click the message you want to save and select Later. The message will be saved for later.

Access saved messages

Mobile

• At the top of your chat list, tap For Later.
• To access the chat a message is from, tap the saved message.
• To clear a message from the For Later list:
  • iOS: Swipe left on the saved message and tap Done.
  • Android: Long press the saved message and tap Clear.
• To clear all messages from the For Later list, tap Clear All in the top right.

Desktop

• At the top of your chat list, click For Later.
• To access the chat a message is from, click the saved message. It will appear in the right panel.
• To clear a message from the For Later list, hover over the saved message and click the tick icon.
• To clear all messages from the For Later list, tap Clear All in the top right.
