Report a bug in SeaTalk

  • When you experience any difficulties in using SeaTalk, you can check the Help Center articles for guidance on your issue. If the issue persists, you can report a bug in-app.
  • If you have any suggestions for SeaTalk, reach out to us - we'd love to hear from you!

Report a bug on Desktop/Web

  • In the SeaTalk Desktop app or SeaTalk Web, click the gear icon in the bottom left.
  • Select Bug & Feedback.



  • Select Report Bug.

  • Enter a description of the bug. It may also be helpful to answer the following questions:
    • Is this a recurring bug?
    • Where is this bug found in-app?
    • What did you expect to happen?
    • What happened instead?
  • Upload screenshots or a video recording of the issue to expedite the troubleshooting process.
    • You may upload maximum 9 items, including up to 1 video.
    • The maximum video duration is 1 minute.
  • If it is an issue with SeaTalk's Call or Meeting functions, indicate by ticking the appropriate boxes.
  • Click Submit.

Report a bug on Mobile

  • On your mobile device, open the SeaTalk app.
  • At the bottom of your screen, tap Me.
  • Tap Bug & Feedback.
  • Select Report Bug.


  • Enter a description of the bug. It may also be helpful to answer the following questions:
    • Is this a recurring bug?
    • Where is this bug found in-app?
    • What did you expect to happen?
    • What happened instead?
  • To specify when the issue occurred, tap Date and Time. Otherwise, it will be populated with the time you entered the Bug & Feedback channel.
  • Toggle the switches on if they accurately describe the issue.
  • Tap Submit.
