FAQ | How can I delete my SeaTalk account?

You may delete your SeaTalk account either through the mobile app or the SeaTalk official website.
What to expect

  • Messages and chat history cannot be recovered once your account is deleted.
  • You will not be able to use this account to sign in to SeaTalk again.


If you still wish to delete your SeaTalk account after reading the above, please follow the steps below:

  1. From your mobile device: Tap on 'Me' > 'Settings' > 'Account & Security' > 'Delete Account'. Follow the in-app process to complete the deletion of your account.
  2. Alternatively, you can delete your account via https://seatalk.io/delete-account/verification.
