When you have subordinates who work at client sites, you can ask them to check in at those sites.
Once your subordinates check in, you can view their check-in records on the SeaTalk app.
If you're also a SeaTalk admin, learn how to report on your employee check-in records.
To view your subordinates' check-in records on mobile:
- On your mobile device, open the SeaTalk app.
- At the bottom, tap Discover.
- Tap Check-in.
- At the top right, tap the icon. You’ll be brought to your team records.
- By default, you’ll see today’s records. To select a different filter:
- Tap the statement for more options.
- Tap the timeframe you want to view.
- Tap the department you want to view.
- Once selected, tap Done. The records will display accordingly.
- In the Checked tab, view the check-in records. You can tap a record to view more details.
- Tap Haven’t Checked to view subordinates who haven’t checked in at their client sites.
