FAQ | Why QR code didn't work? Nothing happens after I scan the QR code and click log in

  • If QR code doesn't work or encounter expired QR code in desktop/web app, please try to quit or refresh the app to try again.
  • If scanning SeaTalk login QR code via phone but no response, please ensure your network connectivity is good and try to re-launch mobile app to try again.
