FAQ | Why QR code didn't work? Nothing happens after I scan the QR code and click log in

If QR code doesn't work or encounter expired QR code in desktop/web app, please try to quit or refresh the app to try again. If scanning SeaTalk login QR code via phone but no response, please ensure your network connectivity is good and try to re-launch mobile app to try again.
