After taking attendance, you may want to check on your own attendance records.
- On your mobile device, open the SeaTalk app.
- At the bottom, tap Discover.
- Tap Attendance. You can view your recent records.
- To view other records, tap Calendar and tap any specific day you want to view.
- To view a summary of your month’s attendance records, tap Monthly Overview in the upper right. This shows you, in the selected month:
- Present / Required Days: the number of attendance days against the number of days required. This is based on your work shifts.
- Absent Days: the number of days you should’ve clocked in but were absent.
- Leave Days: the number of days you took leave.
- Actual / Required Working Duration: the amount of time you worked against the time required. This is based on your assigned work shifts.
- Overtime Hours: the amount of time clocked over the required working hours. This is based on your assigned work shifts.
- Rest Day Working Hours: the amount of time clocked on your rest days.
- Late In Times: the number of times you clocked in late. This is based on your assigned work shifts.
- Early Out Times: the number of times you clock out early. This is based on your assigned work shifts.
- Invalid Times: the number of times your records were invalid. This is based on your assigned work shifts.
- No Record Times: the number of times there were no records when you should’ve taken attendance.
- Correction Application: the number of corrections you requested and made to your attendance.
- Admin Revision: the number of corrections made by your admins to your attendance.
- You can change months by tapping the month in the upper left and selecting the month you want to view attendance records for.
