Change your login email

When you are going to use another email to replace your current login email, you can follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: First, access the settings page via the Me tab
  • Step 2: Next, click “Account & Security” to access your login info
  • Step 3: Then, click on “Email” field to change login settings
  • Step 4: Proceed to change email by clicking “Change Email” and following the steps

  • Q1: Can I change to an email address that I used previously?
  • A1: No. The email that you wish to use must be an email that was not previously registered on SeaTalk. If the new email was registered on SeaTalk before you will not be able to change your email login via this method.


  • Q2: If I change my login credentials will it delete my existing account data?
  • A2: No. This login change will not delete contacts, work chats, group chats, or department group chats.


  • Q3: Can I change my login method if I belong to multiple organizations?
  • A3: No. Employees can only change their login method when they only have one company. Multi-org users is currently not supported
