If you log in to SeaTalk directly with an email address or phone number, you can reset your password.
If you log in through your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, you need to check with the respective account providers.
Email accounts
When you’re logged out:
- On your mobile device, open the SeaTalk app.
- Enter your login email address and tap Next.
- Tap Forget Password.
- Check your email inbox for the verification code.
- In the app, enter your verification code and tap Next.
- Enter a new password based on the requirements and tap Next.
- You will be logged in and the password will be updated.
Phone number accounts
When you’re logged out:
- On your mobile device, open the SeaTalk app.
- Tap the phone icon.
- Enter your login phone number and tap Next.
- Tap Forget Password.
- Check your phone messages for the verification code.
- In the app, enter your verification code and tap Next.
- Enter a new password based on the requirements and tap Next.
- You will be logged in and the password will be updated.
