FAQ | What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you are using Google/Facebook/Apple ID to login, you may reset your password using their own service.


Otherwise, please click Forgot Password on the Enter Password page in the app. A 6-digit Verification Code will be sent to your email address or your mobile number, enter the verification code and you will be able to reset your password.
