Verified Domains

A verified domain is an email domain that your organization owns and has confirmed with us. Once verified, this domain can be added to your organization's profile and used to streamline how users are managed within your workspace.

Your verified domain must be unique to your organization and should be an asset that you control (e.g., your company’s official email domain). Organizations can verify multiple domains, provided they are able to demonstrate ownership of each domain.

Benefits of Verified Domains

Verified domains help automate both user onboarding and offboarding:

  • Automatic account deactivation (already available)
    If an employee is offboarded from your organization and their email domain matches one of your verified domains, their SeaTalk account will be automatically deactivated. This helps ensure access is promptly revoked and improves account security.
  • Automatic user onboarding (coming Q3 2026)
    When organization invitations are released, any user whose email address matches a domain in your list of verified domains will be automatically added to your organization, without requiring an invitation.

Note: Organization invitations will only take effect from 13 July 2026 onwards. Until then, the automatic onboarding benefit of verified domains will not be realized.

How to Verify a Domain

To verify your domain, submit a request to our team by emailing support@seatalk.biz.

In your request, include:

  • Your organization name as seen on SeaTalk Admin Center
  • The domain(s) you wish to verify

Our team will guide you through the verification process and confirm once your domain(s) has been successfully verified.
